Umingle Account Banned for No Reason – Request Ban Removal

I was banned on Umingle today while I was simply showing someone guitar chords along with lyrics that said “I’m big in every way.” I did not intend anything sexual or explicit, and I believe this content was wrongly interpreted as violating the rules. Right after this, my account was banned with the reason shown as “explicit messages,” and the app is now offering to remove the ban only if I pay £5.99. I find it unfair to be asked for payment to get unbanned for something that I do not consider explicit, especially when I was just sharing music-related content. I have also experienced several bans on Umingle in the past where I was not given a clear or valid reason, which makes me feel that the moderation on my account is not being handled fairly. I kindly request that my latest ban be reviewed in detail, that my account be unbanned without any payment, and that my previous bans be checked to ensure they were justified. I would also like a clear explanation of what specific part of my behaviour is considered explicit so that I can avoid any misunderstandings in the future.
