Umingle Ban for “Explicit Messages” After Innocent Chat About Painting

I was recently, and in my opinion, wrongfully banned from Umingle while using the platform without a registered account. A short time ago, I was in a video chat with another user, and we were talking about a painting hanging on the wall behind him. Since I didn’t have a microphone at that moment, I typed “show me” in the chat because I’m an art enthusiast and simply wanted a closer look at the painting. The other user seemed hesitant, so I replied that maybe another time. Shortly after that, I suddenly received a ban notification. The message on my screen read: “Ban ID: 60253d01 Reason: explicit messages,” even though my messages were not explicit or inappropriate in any way. From that moment on, I have been unable to use Umingle, and instead I am being asked to pay about €6 to continue accessing the service. I did not knowingly violate any rules, and I believe the system may have incorrectly flagged my messages or my IP address. I request that this ban be urgently reviewed and removed, and that my access to Umingle be restored without any payment, as I have done nothing wrong. I also ask that the “explicit messages” label be cleared from my record associated with Ban ID 60253d01 so I am not unfairly penalized in the future.
