Umingle Account Banned for Gender Searching Under Ban ID 9a61dd2e

I am writing about my Umingle account, which has been banned with Ban ID 9a61dd2e for the stated reason of “Gender Searching”. After the ban, the application shows a “You are banned” screen and offers an “Instant Unban” option for 99 ₹ with a payment form. I find this practice to be a scam and an unfair way to treat users. Instead of providing a clear explanation and a proper review process, the app is asking for money to remove the ban, which makes me feel deceived and exploited. I do not accept being forced to pay in order to get my account back. I request that my account be fully unbanned without any payment requirement and that a transparent explanation be provided about this ban and this paid “Instant Unban” system. I want my account with ID 9a61dd2e to be reactivated as soon as possible and this misleading payment demand to be cancelled for me.
