Report For Unbanning My Umingle Account

My Umingle account was suddenly and, in my opinion, unjustly banned on 11 August. I was simply using the application to search for people when I was logged out and shown a screen stating “You are banned” with a ban ID of 91be0862 and the reason “Gender Searching” where it also shows “M only.” On the same screen there is an option asking me to pay 99 Indian rupees for an “Instant Unban.” I do not believe I violated your rules, and I was not given any prior warning, clear explanation, or any evidence that my behaviour was against your terms. I suspect that someone may have falsely reported me and that this may have triggered an automatic or otherwise unfair ban. Until now, I have not contacted your support through any other channel; instead, I am using this complaint to clearly explain my situation and ask for a fair and transparent review. I kindly request that my ban be thoroughly investigated and lifted without requiring any payment from me, and that you provide a clear and detailed explanation of what, according to your rules, I supposedly did wrong. If there has been any error in your automated system, moderation process or as a result of a false report, I ask that you correct this mistake and restore my normal access to Umingle as soon as possible.
