Umingle 19 Year Old User Wrongly Banned as Under 18

I am writing regarding the unjust ban of my Umingle account. Three days ago my account was blocked with the reason “Under 18”, but I am actually 19 years old. The ban message in the app shows the ban ID 27259022 and states that I am under 18, and even offers to lift the ban for a payment of 5.99 euro. This is incorrect because I am of legal age and should be allowed to use the service without any restriction linked to age. I request that my account be immediately unbanned and fully reactivated, and that the “under 18” flag on my profile be removed, as it does not reflect my real age. I also ask that this situation be reviewed so that similar errors do not happen again to other users.
