Umingle Account Unban Request

My Umingle account appears to have been banned today with a message saying that I am underage. As far as I can tell, I may even be IP-banned, because I cannot access the service at all anymore. I am actually 19 years old, so I clearly meet the age requirement to use the platform. I believe this ban was applied in error and it is preventing me from using my account without any valid reason or clear explanation. I request that my Umingle account and access be fully restored and that the underage ban be removed from my account and IP. I also expect an explanation of why this ban was applied, and for my account to be reactivated as soon as possible.
