Banned in Umingle For No Reason

I am an Umingle user and my account registered with the email address “bjadenko**@gmail.com” was suddenly banned today on the grounds that I am under 18, even though I am of legal age. When I tried to log in, I saw a “You are banned” screen showing the reason as “Under 18” and offering an “Instant Unban” option for 5.99 EUR. I am not underage and I find it unfair that my account has been blocked with an incorrect age assessment and that an extra payment is requested to lift this ban. I request that my age be reviewed correctly, my account associated with the email “bjadenko**@gmail.com” be unbanned as soon as possible without any payment demand, and that I can continue to use your service without interruption.
