Unacceptable Umingle Ban Based On False Accusation

My Umingle account has just been banned with the claim that I am under 18, even though I am 21 years old. About ten minutes ago I received a ban notification on the site, where it clearly says “You are banned”, shows the Ban ID 9a377ec1, and states the reason as “Under 18”. On the same screen, there is also an option to pay 5.99 Euro to remove the ban, which I find unfair and unacceptable since the ban reason is incorrect. I am over 18 and currently 21 years old, so this ban is based on false information. I want my account to be re‑activated without any payment and without any negative mark on my profile, and I request that you review my account and the age restriction decision as soon as possible.
