Restore My Umingle Account After an Unfair Ban

I am writing regarding a ban that was placed on my Umingle website account on August 3. I was very surprised and upset by this decision because I did not intend to violate any rules. During a conversation, I asked another user if she was a girl. I am also a girl, and I asked this only because her way of speaking sounded like one, so it was a simple and harmless question with no bad intention. Shortly after this, I found out that I was banned. I was not aware that this type of question was prohibited on the platform, and I received no explanation by email about the ban. I respectfully request that you review this situation and remove the ban on my account, as I believe this was a misunderstanding and I am willing to follow all of Umingle’s rules going forward. I kindly ask you to consider restoring my access to the Umingle website so that I can continue using your service.
