Umingle Banned Me For Asking A Simple Question In Chat

I was using the Umingle web platform and was suddenly banned from a chat room after simply asking another user “are u girl.” I did not insult, threaten, or harass anyone, and I believe this ban is an unfair sanction for such a basic question. After the ban, I was directed to make a payment, but I was not given any clear information about the reason for the ban or what rule I supposedly violated. I have not yet been able to reach support and I do not know on what basis this decision was taken. I request that my Umingle account be unbanned and that the ban and any related payment request be removed, since my behavior did not justify such a severe measure. I also kindly ask for a clear explanation of the reason for the ban so that I can avoid any similar issues in the future.
