Recover My Umingle Account After Incorrect Under 18 Ban
Hello Umingle Support, My Umingle account on the website, Android, and iOS platforms was banned on July 27 with Ban ID: e3a19002 for the reason "Under 18". I am actually over 18 years old, so I believe this ban was applied by mistake. Because of this ban, I have not been able to access Umingle at all since that date. On the ban screen it is stated that there is an "Instant Unban" option for Rp19,999, but since I meet the age requirement, I do not think I should be required to pay to remove an incorrect ban. I am ready to provide a valid government‑issued ID to verify my age and prove that I am over 18. I kindly request that you review my account, verify my age based on my ID, and lift the ban and access restriction without any payment, so that I can use Umingle again.
