Umingle Please Unban Me - I'm 18+

I am writing regarding my Umingle account, which was banned on 30 May on the grounds that I am under 18, even though I am actually 19 years old and using the service from Indonesia. This ban decision is incorrect because I meet the minimum age requirement. I believe there has been a misunderstanding or an error in the age verification process. My account was blocked suddenly, and I have not been given a chance to prove my actual age or submit any identification. I kindly request that my account be reviewed again and that the ban be lifted as soon as possible. If necessary, I am ready to provide valid identification or any additional information required to confirm that I am 19 years old and eligible to use Umingle. I expect my account to be reactivated and my access to the service restored.
