Please Unban Me

I was using Umingle as a guest on the Android app on August 23, 2026, at around 3 a.m. While I was having a normal, friendly conversation with another user, my access was suddenly blocked and I saw a “You are banned” screen with a ban ID and a note saying “Gender Searching”. I was not harassing anyone, using abusive language, or breaking the rules as far as I know, and I was simply talking politely. I was also very disappointed to see that the screen was asking me to pay in order to lift the ban, even though I was using the service in good faith and only for a short time. Since I was using a guest account, I do not have an email or username to provide, but I would like my ban to be reviewed and removed, and my access restored without any payment. I also kindly request that you recover my previous chat if possible, because the ban happened in the middle of a good conversation and I did not even have the chance to stay in touch with that person. I am asking you to check the ban with the ban ID shown on my screen, reevaluate your decision, and provide clear information on why I was banned and what I should avoid in the future so that this does not happen again.
