When I try to access my account, I see a notice stating that I am banned for “Gender Searching.” I have never sent Gender Searching on the platform and I strongly believe this decision is either a mistake or a misunderstanding. I have not been able to find any direct way to contact your support team through the app or other channels, so I am using this complaint to explain my situation.
