Umingle Unjust Account Ban For Gender Searching - Ban ID 45f6aa0b

My Umingle account was suddenly banned in June 2026 with Ban ID 45f6aa0b, and the stated reason was “gender searching.” I believe this decision is the result of an automated filter error or a misunderstanding that arose during a casual conversation. I did not intend to violate Umingle’s community guidelines, use the platform as a dating service, or behave inappropriately toward other users; I was simply engaging in normal, friendly chats. As an active user who values the community, I kindly request that my account and recent chat activity be carefully reviewed, and that the ban be lifted with full restoration of my access. I now fully understand the rules regarding gender preferences on the platform and I am committed to strictly following them from now on. I have not previously contacted Umingle support about this issue, so this is my first formal request. I ask that my account be reactivated as soon as possible and that this ban be removed from my record so I can continue using Umingle in line with all community standards.
