Account Reactivation - Umingle

I have been using Umingle on the web and on July 21, 2026 my account was suddenly banned. On the screen it only says that I am banned for “Gender Searching” and shows a Ban ID with an option to pay for an “Instant Unban”. Right before the ban, all I wrote in the chat was “Hey!” and then “ASL?”. I did not search by gender or do anything that I consider to be against your rules. I believe this ban was applied unfairly and possibly by mistake, and it is extremely frustrating to be blocked from using my account without any proper review. I am not willing to pay to remove a ban that I believe is unjustified. I kindly request that you review my account and chat logs linked to this ban and reactivate my account without any payment requirement, or clearly explain in detail what specific action supposedly violated your terms.
