Umingle Banned Me for Gender Searching on My First Day

I was banned from the Umingle website on May 31, 2026 for “Gender Searching” even though I was using the platform normally and had just started using it that day. I received no prior warning or notification and the ban occurred suddenly in the middle of a regular conversation. At the time of the ban, I was chatting with two users from Indonesia. We were simply talking about where we were from and exchanging friendly compliments. Nothing inappropriate took place during these conversations, and I was not using a VPN or any tools to manipulate the platform in any way. I believe this ban was issued by mistake. I was using Umingle as a guest user, so I do not remember a specific username or email address associated with the account, but my Ban ID is 4f72bd42. This complaint is my first attempt to contact support about this issue. I kindly request that my ban be reviewed and removed, and that my access to Umingle be restored. If I unintentionally violated any rule, I would appreciate receiving a warning instead of a direct ban, especially considering this was my first day on the platform and I did not receive any prior warning. If the ban cannot be lifted, I ask for a detailed explanation of which rule I allegedly violated and what specifically triggered the “Gender Searching” ban, so I can clearly understand the issue and avoid it in the future.
