My Friend Used My Phone For Umingle And Got It Banned Without Me

I would like to clarify that I personally have not yet had the chance to properly use Umingle, because my friend used my phone without my permission and, during that time, my device was banned from the platform. According to the ban screen, the reason is stated as “Gender Searching” with a Ban ID of d0556758, and there is an option to pay 149 Philippine Pesos to remove the ban. I am from the Philippines and for the last 5 days I have been trying to find a way to resolve this situation, but I have not been able to use your service. I have now read and understood all your rules and regulations and I am committed to fully complying with them. I kindly request that you remove this ban from my phone and give me a chance to use your app legitimately, without requiring a payment for a violation that was caused by someone else using my device without my consent. I am ready to provide any additional information you may need to review this situation and I ask for your support in restoring my access to Umingle.
