I Got Unintentionally Banned In Umingle

I was using Umingle today through the iOS website when my account was suddenly banned after a call. During the call, the other person told me to type “M/15” and, not knowing what it meant, I just wrote it in the comment. After that, my account ended up banned even though I did not understand the meaning or consequences of what I was typing. Now I cannot access my account unless I pay 149 pesos, which I find unfair because I did not intentionally violate any rules and was only following what the other person said. I kindly request that my account be reviewed and the ban be lifted without asking me to pay any amount, as I did not knowingly break the rules. I also ask that any penalty or restriction linked to this incident be removed so that I can use my account again normally.
