I Am Demanding Umingle Lift a False 'Explicit Messages' Ban on Ban ID 4eba00a0

I was recently banned from the Umingle text chat even though I did not send any explicit or rule-breaking messages. I had only been using the text chat for about 20 minutes and was chatting with a user about travelling to the UK when I was suddenly disconnected. When I tried to reconnect, I received a ban screen stating “You are banned” with Ban ID 4eba00a0 and the reason given as “Explicit messages.” On the same screen, I was offered an “Instant Unban” for €5.99 via Stripe. I completely reject the claim that I sent explicit messages and I find it unfair that I am asked to pay to remove a ban that I believe is unjust. I request that my account and ban with ID 4eba00a0 be urgently reviewed, the ban be lifted free of charge, and my access to the Umingle text chat be fully restored, as I am confident I did not violate your rules.
