Banned From Umingle For Explicit Messages

I am writing regarding my Umingle account, which was banned approximately 20 minutes ago on the grounds of “explicit messages.” I do not recall sending any explicit or inappropriate content that would justify such a ban, and I believe there may have been a mistake or a misunderstanding in the review of my account. I would like my account and chat history to be reviewed in detail so that it can be verified whether any explicit content was actually sent from my side. If there has been an error in the automated or manual moderation process, I kindly request that my account be reinstated and the ban lifted. If Umingle believes there is a specific message or content that violates the rules, I also request that this be clearly shared with me so I can understand what went wrong and avoid any similar issue in the future. I expect a clear explanation of the reason for the ban, information about the investigation carried out on my account, and, if the ban is found to be unjustified, the reactivation of my account as soon as possible.
