Umingle Unfair Ban Issue

I have been banned from my Umingle account on August 18 with the reason stated as “Explicit messages.” The messages I sent were, in my opinion, normal and not offensive or inappropriate, so I do not understand why my account was permanently banned. When I try to log in, I see a screen saying “You are banned” with the reason “Explicit messages” and a ban ID of 40ed13dc. On the same screen Umingle offers an “Instant Unban” for 79.99 EGP. I find it unfair that my access is blocked and that I am being asked to pay money just to remove the ban, especially when I believe I did not violate the rules. I kindly request that my account and messages be reviewed in detail, that this ban be lifted, and that my access be restored without having to pay any fee for an instant unban. I also ask for a clear explanation of exactly which message supposedly violated the rules, so that I can avoid any similar issue in the future.
