Umingle Instant Unban Fee After False Explicit Messages Ban
My Umingle website account was suddenly blocked while I was chatting with another user. In the conversation I only told the other person that I am a good guy and a good boy, and shortly after that my account was banned. When I now try to log in, I see a “You are banned” message on the website. The ban reason is written as “Explicit messages”, and on the same page Umingle offers an “Instant Unban” option for 79.99 EGP. I do not accept being labeled for explicit messages because I did not send any explicit or inappropriate content in that chat. I request that my Umingle account be unblocked without any payment, that the “explicit messages” reason be removed from my profile, and that my access to the platform be fully restored. I also expect a clear explanation of why this ban was applied in the first place.
