Got Banned From Using Umingle By Typing M16

I have been using Umingle on my MacBook Air and my account has just been banned. When I tried to access the service, I received a pop‑up screen saying “You are banned” with Ban ID ea62f950 and the reason shown as “Under 18”. Right under this warning, Umingle offers an “Instant Unban” option for $9.99 with payment methods such as Google Pay, PayPal and credit card. I am over 18 and I did not receive any proper age verification process or detailed explanation; instead I was directly blocked and asked for payment to remove the ban. I find it unfair and worrying that access to my account is restricted with an automatic “under 18” label and that the only solution visibly offered is to pay for an instant unban. I kindly request that my account and Ban ID ea62f950 be reviewed without charging any fee, that the “under 18” decision be corrected if it was a mistake, and that my access to Umingle be restored. I also ask for a clear written explanation of why this ban was imposed and under which rules.
