Umingle Unban And Review Request

I am using the Umingle service on my Mac and my account was suddenly banned last week with an “under 18” ban notice. I do not remember doing anything that would justify this ban, and I believe it is a mistake. When I try to access my account, I see a “You are banned” screen and a page asking me to pay Rp19,999 for an “Instant Unban” by entering my card details. I find it very concerning that I am being asked to make a payment and share my credit card information just to remove a ban that I believe is incorrect. I am over 18 and I kindly request that my account be reviewed and that my age be checked properly so that this ban can be removed as soon as possible. I also ask that no payment be required from me in order to have this situation corrected.
