Umingle Mistakenly Banned Me as Under 18 – Request Free Ban Removal

I recently discovered that my Umingle account has been banned with the claim that I am under 18, even though I am 30 years old. When I try to log in on my MacBook using Safari, I see a message stating that I am banned with Ban ID 5aeedc50, the reason shown as “Under 18,” and that I can get an “Instant Unban” only if I pay €5.99. I was not banned while using the service yesterday; I only realized the ban today when trying to access my account. I am currently completely unable to access my account and the platform is asking for a payment to remove a ban that is clearly based on incorrect information about my age. Since I could not find any customer support contact for Umingle, I am forced to raise my complaint through this platform. I request that my age status be reviewed, my ban with ID 5aeedc50 be lifted without any payment, and my full access to Umingle be restored as soon as possible. I also ask that the demand for a €5.99 “Instant Unban” in this situation be cancelled, as it is unfair to charge for correcting an unjust ban.
