Got Banned From Umingle

I have been banned from Umingle while using it on my Windows laptop on 8 July 2026. The notification I received stated that I was detected as underage, even though I am already seventeen years old or older. I do not know how to contact Umingle support and have therefore not been able to explain my situation or send any proof of my age. As a result, my account remains banned, and I cannot access the service. I kindly request that my account be reviewed again, that my age be properly verified, and that my ban be lifted if there has been a mistake. I would like Umingle to clearly explain what I need to do to prove my age and to regain access to my account.
