Appeal For Umingle Banned Because Of Mistake Age
I am an Umingle user and on May 7, 2026, my account was suddenly banned with the reason shown as “under 18,” even though I am 21 years old. This decision is clearly incorrect in my case, and I am able to prove my age with my national ID if you provide a secure way to submit it. After the ban, I tried to understand how to appeal this decision, but the application and your guidance only directed me here instead of showing a clear appeal or verification process. At the moment I have no information on where or how to upload my ID or ask for a manual review, which leaves me unfairly blocked from my account. I request that my account be promptly reviewed and reactivated after you verify my age through my national ID, and that a clear and accessible appeal process be provided for users in similar situations. I expect this wrongful underage ban to be lifted as soon as possible so I can continue using my account without further issues.
