I Face an Incorrect Umingle Age Ban and Cannot Access My Account


On 7 May 2026, I received a ban from Umingle due to an alleged age restriction of 18, even though I believe this is a misunderstanding. I was not using any app or specific feature at that moment, so I do not understand why such a restriction was applied to me. My account is not linked to an email or phone number, but if needed, I can link an account and complete an age verification process so that my real age can be confirmed. I already tried to resolve this situation by sending an email to Umingle support, but I have not received any reply so far. I kindly request that my ban be removed, or that I be given the opportunity to verify my age and regain access to Umingle. I would also like a clear explanation of why this restriction was applied so that the situation can be fully clarified.
Progress
I have been banned again from the Umingle platform, which I use on my iPhone. Today, at around 18:36, I saw that my account was blocked with the code 80029fa9 and the explanation “Inappropriate Content”. I do not agree with this decision and I do not believe I shared any content that would violate the rules.
There is no e‑mail address or username linked on my side that I can share here, but I would like my account to be reviewed in detail based on the mentioned ban code and device information. I also could not find a clear way to contact support directly within the application.
My clear request from Umingle is that my account be unbanned after a review, or at least that I am given a detailed explanation of what content allegedly violated the rules, so that I can avoid any similar situation in the future.
