Umingle Account Banned for Age Issue – Requesting Age Correction

I am writing regarding a problem I experienced with the Umingle application. On 7 July 2026 at around 14:00, my Umingle account suddenly lost access and appears to be banned due to an age issue, even though I was using the application normally before this. I did not receive a clear explanation in advance and only realized there was a problem when I could no longer access my account. Because of this situation, I would like to be allowed to correct my age information and then continue using the Umingle application normally as before. I am ready to verify my correct age if needed so that my account can be reactivated and I can use the service again without restrictions. I kindly request that my account be reviewed, that I be given the opportunity to correct my age details, and that my access to Umingle be restored so I can continue using the application in a normal way.
