Fix Umingle Age Ban Mistake Without Paying Unban Fee For Age 19

I am writing regarding the sudden ban imposed on my free account on the Umingle website. My account was blocked on 18 August with the reason given as “Under 18”, and the site is now asking me to pay £79.99 (79.99 EGP shown as “Instant Unban”) to remove the ban. This ban was triggered because I mistakenly entered my age as “m14”, even though my real age is 19, which is above the minimum age requirement. I consider it unfair that my account has been banned due to this input error and that I am being asked to pay a fee to remove the ban. I kindly request that the ban on my Umingle account be lifted without any payment and that my age information be corrected to reflect that I am 19 years old.
