Ban On Umingle After User Asked Me To Type M15

While I was using the live stream section on Umingle, another user told me to type “M15” and said I would see a magic trick. As soon as I typed “M15”, Umingle started showing the message that I am banned. I did not receive any prior warning and I had no idea that typing this would cause my account to be banned. The ban shown on my account is identified with Ban ID: 463f20b3. I am over 18 years old and I have not spent any money on the platform. I also could not find any way to contact Umingle support directly, so I am explaining my situation here instead. I request that my ban be lifted and my account access restored, as I did not intentionally violate any rules and did not know that this action would result in a ban.
