Umingle Permanently Banned Me After Typing "m15" in Chat
I have been using the Umingle website from Indonesia as a guest user without logging into an account, mainly for the video call feature. On 04 July 2026, while using the service, another user told me to type the phrase “m15” in the chat. Immediately after I sent that text, a pop‑up appeared stating that I was “permanently banned” and offering an “instant unbanned” option for Rp 19,999, with the ban ID shown as 9db600af. I am 20 years old and clearly above 18, so this ban appears to be based on a misunderstanding or on abuse by another user who tricked me into typing something that triggered the system. I have never made any payments on Umingle and have only been using the free features. Currently, the ban seems to apply to all my devices and browsers, and I cannot access the service normally from any of them. I have no intention of violating Umingle’s rules and I only typed “m15” because another user told me to do so, without understanding that it might be interpreted as a rule violation. I kindly request that Umingle review this situation, lift the permanent ban without requiring any payment, and allow me to continue using the service. I am ready to verify my age in any reasonable way if needed, so that my access can be restored as a legitimate adult user from Indonesia.
