Complaint About An Unfair Umingle Ban

I have been using the Umingle website regularly and on 8 September 2026 I discovered that my account had been banned for “gender searching”. The last time I had used Umingle before noticing this was on 19 August 2026. When I tried to access the website, I saw a message saying “You are banned” with the reason stated as “gender searching” and a Ban ID of 4713c2cf, along with a request for payment in order to remove the ban. I strongly believe this ban is a mistake, as I did not do anything that violates Umingle’s rules, and I did not use the website for gender searching. I am confident that if you check my text or chat history you will see that my behaviour has been compliant with your community guidelines. I have not previously been warned or informed of any violation before this sudden ban. My Umingle account is linked to the email address altheabañe***@gmail.com. I kindly request that you review this ban in detail, check my message and activity history, and explain clearly what specific action supposedly violated your rules. If no valid violation can be found, I ask that you remove this ban and reactivate my account without requiring any payment to lift the ban. I expect that, after your review, my account will be restored and any record of this unfair ban will be cleared so I can continue using Umingle normally.
