Appeal For Account Suspension - Mistakenly Banned Due To "m15"

I am writing regarding my Umingle Web account, which was suddenly blocked on 12 September 2026 while I was using the service. At the time, I was playing on the platform when another user told me to type “m15”. I followed this instruction without knowing that it would cause any problem, but immediately after that my account was blocked. Now, when I try to log in, the screen shows a message that I have been blocked with block ID “a3495bbd”, and it states that the reason is “under 18 years old” and offers an instant unblock for Rp39.900. I did not know that typing “m15” would trigger a block and I have not received any clear explanation or assistance from Umingle, as I have not yet been able to reach support. I would like Umingle to review this situation, remove the unjust blocking of my account without any payment, and restore my access to the platform as soon as possible.
