Umigle wrongly banned my account for being under 18 after another user tricked me
I am 18 years old and I recently used the Umigle video call application. Today I was deceived by another user on the platform, who told me to type “m15”. Right after I followed this instruction, my account was suddenly blocked. On the screen it now says that I am blocked for being under 18, and to remove the block I am asked to pay Rp19.999. This is not correct, because I am already 18 and I did not do anything inappropriate. I feel I was tricked by someone and then unfairly blocked by the system. I request that my Umigle account be unblocked without any payment so that I can use video call services again. I also ask you to review this situation so that similar abuse and misleading actions by other users do not happen again.
