Umingle Ban For No Reason

I recently created a new Umingle account on June 10, 2026, intending to try the service for the first time. However, when I attempted to access my account from my Windows laptop, I saw that my account was already banned with the stated reason “Gender Searching”. The same ban message also appears when I try to access my account from my phone. I have never had the opportunity to use the service in any way, so I do not understand how such a ban could be applied immediately on a first login attempt. My account was only in free trial status and I have not made any payments or purchases. I have not yet been able to reach your support team regarding this issue, and I am both confused and disappointed that my account was banned before I could even start using Umingle. I kindly request that my Umingle account be carefully reviewed, that this ban be lifted, and that a detailed investigation be carried out into how this decision was triggered on a brand-new account. I expect my account to be reactivated so that I can use Umingle normally, and I also request a clear and transparent explanation of why “Gender Searching” was given as the reason for the ban despite the fact that I had no chance to use the service at all.
