My Umingle Account Banned Without Reason
I have been using Umingle mainly for searching by gender, and on April 30th, 2026 my account was suddenly banned without any prior warning or clear explanation. I had only been using the platform for about two days at the time of the ban and was not informed of any violation or issue related to my use of the service. After the ban, I did not receive any email or in‑app notification explaining the reason, and I have not yet been able to reach support through the platform. The lack of information makes it impossible for me to understand what went wrong or to correct any alleged issue. I kindly request that my Umingle account be reactivated as soon as possible, or that I be provided with a clear and detailed explanation of the specific reason for the ban so that this situation can be resolved fairly.

On 12 May 2026, my account on the Umingle website was suddenly banned without any prior warning or explanation. I did not receive any email or notification stating the reason for this action, so I do not know why my account was blocked.
I have not yet been able to reach Umingle support, but I would like this situation to be checked as soon as possible. I request that my account be reviewed, that I be clearly informed about the reason for the ban, and that my account be reactivated if there has been any mistake or misunderstanding.
