Ultrabet Didn’t Credit My ₺940 Deposit – Delayed Resolution & Poor Support
On March 2, 2025, at 5:10 PM, I deposited ₺940 into my Ultrabet account, but the money never appeared in my balance. I immediately contacted customer service, and they asked me to send a receipt as proof. I complied and provided the required document.
However, instead of resolving the issue, they then requested my full account transaction history, delaying the process even further. Despite following all their instructions, my deposit is still missing, and I feel completely frustrated and regret using this platform.
This is unacceptable—a betting site should process deposits instantly without making customers chase after their own money. Ultrabet, credit my funds immediately, or I will never use your site again!
