On September 20, 2025, at 18:46, I logged back into my Ultrabet account while watching a match and was shocked to see that my balance of 7,480 TL had been reduced to zero. My username is A****5634. When I contacted customer support, no explanation was provided, and no solution was offered regarding why my funds had disappeared. After reviewing my account activity, I noticed that my balance had been placed into roulette games and repeatedly played without my authorization. I received no warning or suspicious activity notification, and this occurred after I had already completed three or four withdrawals without any issues. I demand a full refund of my 7,480 TL balance and urge Ultrabet to implement stronger security measures to prevent other users from facing similar losses.
