Ulta Beauty Online Customer Service Is Unhelpful and Issues Take Days to Resolve

I have persistent problems with the customer service division linked to Ulta Beauty's online store. Especially given the typically courteous and helpful in-store personnel, it is somewhat aggravating. Sadly, the internet support tells a much different tale. The customer service staff seems to be outsourced, and language problems usually make it difficult for me to express my worries. Worse so, no one seems engaged in effectively handling problems and there are never any managers accessible on weekends. It takes over a week multiple times to get a response from a supervisor, and even then, the issue remained unresolved. It's frustrating that online orders lack appropriate customer care; I'm definitely thinking twice about shopping from Ulta Beauty's website.
