Otelz Ignored My Support Request for 10 Days

For the past 10 days, I’ve been waiting for a response from Otelz regarding a support request I submitted. Every time I contact live support or the call center, I’m told that someone will get back to me “soon”—but no one ever does. It's always the same empty promise with zero follow-up.
What’s worse is that everyone I speak to shifts responsibility to someone else. One agent says another department will handle it, then that department claims they’re just waiting on someone else. I’ve been told I’ll be called back, but not a single call or email has come through.
This is not how customer service should work. Otelz’s support system is clearly uncoordinated and unreliable. For a company in the hospitality business, failing to communicate or resolve basic issues shows a serious lack of professionalism.
I’m requesting an immediate and direct response to my case. Stop stalling and start taking responsibility. I deserve to be contacted and assisted without further delay.
