Ulta Beauty's motto, "Perfect Nails, Guaranteed," made me want to buy a set of nail products online. I regret to say that the experience was not at all what I had hoped for. I ordered a certain nail art kit, but what I got was something totally different. The colors weren't what they said they would be, and the goods were of very low quality. The nail polish had big chunks in it, and the drawing tools were weak and hard to use. When I asked for a refund or swap through customer service, they didn't care. They didn't seem to care about my problems or how to fix them. I'm really upset with Ulta Beauty's terrible customer service, and I don't think you should buy nail items from them online.
