On May 24th, I sent back the courses I bought on Udemy and I was hoping to get my money back quickly. But it's been 16 days and I still haven't gotten my money back. I was annoyed and called my bank, but they told me that Udemy didn't give them any refund instructions. What's happening? why aren't you giving me my refund? They took the course off my learning stuff on the same day, so I thought the refund went through. But unfortunately, the payment still hasn't shown up in my account. That's not okay! I need Udemy to fix this problem and give me my money back right away. It's my money that I worked hard for, and I shouldn't have to deal with this unnecessary wait.
