I purchased a Udemy course that was supposed to cost ₺549, but instead, I was charged €79! When I requested a refund, they refunded it as Udemy credit, which I never agreed to. I want my money returned to my original payment method, not as credit I didn’t ask for.
To make things worse, there’s no proper customer support. The “Contact Us” button is useless, and there’s no way to reach them by email. It’s unbelievable that a platform offering so many courses can’t handle a simple payment and refund issue properly. Udemy has a 30-day refund policy, but apparently, they decide how to process it. Does my choice not matter? I need a full refund to my card, not store credit!
