I haven’t been able to log into my Udemy account for about a month. During login, the verification code never arrives — I’ve even checked my spam folder, but no email is being received at all. I need access to the courses I previously purchased. I contacted Udemy customer service, but I haven’t received any response.
There’s also no “Forgot Password” option available, so I can’t reset my password. I’m trying to log in via Microsoft Edge, but I’ve tested on other browsers and devices as well, and the issue remains the same.
I expect Udemy to either send a verification code to my email address or provide a way for me to create a new password so I can regain access to my account. I request that this issue be resolved urgently.
