Paytm Money Deducted but 4rabet Balance Not Updated

I am writing to raise a complaint about multiple failed deposits I made to 4rabet via UPI using Paytm, where the money was deducted from my account but never credited to my 4rabet balance. I made deposits on 28 February, 1 March, 3 March, 7 March, and 14 March, and in total, an amount of 22,850 was deducted. Despite these payments being successfully processed from my side, the corresponding amounts did not appear in my 4rabet account. When I contacted 4rabet customer support, I was informed that the amount was not received by their bank, even though it had clearly been debited from my account. I have screenshots of the transactions from Paytm as proof. This issue has been ongoing since the first failed deposit at the end of February, and it has caused me financial and psychological stress. I request that the total amount of 22,850 that was deducted be refunded to my original payment method as soon as possible. I am ready to provide all screenshots and transaction evidence to support the investigation, and I expect this matter to be resolved promptly.
