Paytm Money Deducted but 4rabet Balance Not Updated

I am writing to raise a complaint about multiple failed deposits I made to 4rabet via UPI using Paytm, where the money was deducted from my account but never credited to my 4rabet balance. I made deposits on 28 February, 1 March, 3 March, 7 March, and 14 March, and in total, an amount of 22,850 was deducted. Despite these payments being successfully processed from my side, the corresponding amounts did not appear in my 4rabet account. When I contacted 4rabet customer support, I was informed that the amount was not received by their bank, even though it had clearly been debited from my account. I have screenshots of the transactions from Paytm as proof. This issue has been ongoing since the first failed deposit at the end of February, and it has caused me financial and psychological stress. I request that the total amount of 22,850 that was deducted be refunded to my original payment method as soon as possible. I am ready to provide all screenshots and transaction evidence to support the investigation, and I expect this matter to be resolved promptly.
Progress
On 1 March, I made two deposits to my 4rabet sports account via UPI using Paytm, in the amounts of 7,500 and 5,000. Both payments were successfully debited from my Paytm account, but the money has still not been credited to my 4rabet balance.
After noticing that the deposits were missing, I contacted 4rabet customer support. They only told me to wait, but despite the time that has passed since 1 March, there has been no resolution and the funds are still not visible in my account.
I request that these two UPI deposits be promptly refunded back to my Paytm account, as I have paid the amounts and received no service in return. I expect a clear explanation and a quick refund of the total amount as soon as possible.
