Unsatisfactory Udemy Refund: Seeking Resolution to Bank Account

I was dissatisfied with my course purchase on the UDEMY site. Upon returning it, my refund wasn't transferred to my bank account; instead, it was credited to my Udemy account. The claimed 30-day refund process seems deceptive, encouraging users to keep funds within their platform rather than providing an actual refund. This practice is NOT LEGAL. I demand a refund to MY BANK ACCOUNT. Failure to comply will lead me to file a complaint with the appropriate authorities, and I will take legal action against you.
