Metro Seat Change And Smoking Complaint

On 18 March 2026 I travelled with Metro Turizm on the 00:50–07:30 Istanbul Alibeyköy–Izmir intercity bus, with PNR code Ymxofk8, and I would like to report the problems I experienced during this trip. First of all, the bus departed about one hour late. In addition to this delay, the seat number I had purchased on my ticket was changed without my knowledge and I was given a different seat. When I asked about the situation, it turned out that the ticket office was not aware of this change and only the driver and the steward knew about it. This made me feel both ignored and victimized as a passenger. During the journey, the driver smoked several times inside the bus despite it being Ramadan and despite smoking being strictly prohibited on buses, and this situation disturbed me seriously in terms of both health and comfort. I paid ₺1,250 for this ticket and I want to know clearly why my seat was changed without my consent and why the bus departed so late. I request a detailed explanation from Metro Turizm and a price adjustment or refund suitable for this grievance.
