On November 8, 2025, I purchased an Udemy course. Because the content was insufficient and not engaging, I requested a refund for the $11 I paid. However, instead of returning the money to my bank account, Udemy issued the refund as Udemy Credits on the platform.
I purchased the course using my debit card, and I want the refund to be transferred directly back to my bank account. There was no warning or notification saying that I needed to take any extra steps, and I couldn’t reach customer support because the system is confusing and unhelpful.
I request that my refund be returned to my bank account, not as Udemy Credit.
